Yes I lived here for a year and that was enough, always had problems with the heat and air. It was always so hot, when we moved in it was dirty, windows, cob webs, etc. the fridge, stove, dishwasher look like they had been there since the 60's the stove burners were broke, they came to fix probley 3 or 4 times and it always ended up breaking again. Took months to get update appliances, the light on the balcony had no cover and wires were exposed that got fixed a month before I moved out. And boy does their attitudes change when you tell them your moving out, you know they sent me a reminder of lease renewal labor day weekend and I told them Sept. 16th I was moving, so since I did not give 60 day notice even though their reminder letter came a month before my lease was up they charged me a month and a half rent and I have yet to get my other charges which I was informed I would be getting. Even though my boyfriend who is a maintenance man for other apartments fixed most of my problems I had because either it took them forever to come or when they did it was always done half ass. And the parking OMG awful!!!!!!!!!!! you only get one parking space and if you want a second you have to pay rent for it, and the freaking visitor parking sucks there are only a few spaces in the back and all the rest are all the way up front so if your in the back like I was you have to walk a country mile to park. And forget about the pool not only is it way to small it is never open because no one knows how to maintain it. Just take my word go somewhere else this place sucks!

Can you please tell me what upgrades, if any, they are making to the complex and the apartment itself. I've seen two varying sets of photos of the interior and want to know which are precise... does anyone have any info on this? Thanks

DO NOT LIVE THERE!!! I agree with the person who left this review...we lived there for 2 years and the maintenance is terrible. We always got the same guy with the lisp to come out and he wreaked of smoke and half assed everything. We constantly got "water bugs" so they called them but I was not born yesterday and know what a damn cockroach looks like. They come out one day a week to do a crappy job of spraying for bugs and spray all over your furniture. When we first moved in I called maintenance to come out and replace a knob on my bathroom sink that fell apart. The guy came out and somehow ended up getting water all over my bathroom floor and on the carpet in my bedroom. He then has the nerve to ask me if I had a towel he could use to clean up his mess. ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW KNOB!!! The neighbors there are very loud and inconsiderate. People constantly screaming in the breezeways and slamming doors. Sounds like a shotgun going off when someone wants to be lazy and slam the door. I would not recommend that place for anyone.
