Overpriced, inadequately cooled in the summer, parking is atrocious, not enough spots, my husband and I lived here for about a year and a half, and now, a full year after we moved out, they have taken us to court and garnished his pay all without us even knowing about it until it was a done deal, for the amount of $6,000, saying we broke our lease. Sounds like what happened to us. They mailed us a letter long after we'd left, to an incorrect address, and then called our relatives to threaten them. They didn't show the slightest bit of courtesy to us during the proceedings until we mentioned specific illegal activity they'd engaged in and that we could prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
