JETS. all the time. 7am to 9pm. loud, roaring over all day long. walls are so thin, can hear everything neighbors are saying and doing. maintenence orders take forever. only one nice assistant working in the office.. brett. the only positive of chapel lake. overpriced for what you get. bugs. no parking. power has gone out twice in the last month causing us $100 worth of groceries each time. so far, after only a month our towel rack has fallen out of the wall, our bathroom and kitchen drawers have fallen apart. freezer does not work. all problems were reported to maintenence WEEKS ago.. have yet to hear from them. dont do it.
