My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now. When we first moved in the heat was broken and so was the toliet. Took a couple days to get that fixed. Then we had to go 5 days without a/c when it was hitting the 90 degree mark outside...and I was pregnant at the time. When they finally got it fixed (we had to stay somewhere else, the heat was unreal), our bedroom closet flooded! It took TWO separate visits for them to FINALLY get something done about our floors. THEN! The door was so water damaged that it fell apart...that took 3 days to replace. The people that run around the parking lot screaming at 2am...yeah, that's not cool. Our lease is up very soon, and believe me we WILL NOT be returning.
