I work as a waitress here in VB, and I've had to deal with waitress ratings online already, and out of curiosity I come on this site to see what they're saying about Chase Arbor, and no shocker, I see the same lying whiners I have to read on the waitress rating sites. Everyone knows the only people who come on these sites to rate apartments are full of crap. I live at Chase Arbor, and so far the worst experience I've had involved having no hot water for 3 days. Big deal. I didn't sweat it. Know why' Because they were trying to fix it, and they DID fix it, and sometimes stuff just can't be solved overnight. I bet most of the people who've posted here are whiny babies with some personal vendetta because they didn't pick up their dog crap and got in trouble, or were late on their rent or something. YOU SHOULDA READ YOUR LEASE. I don't go in the office much, but they're always pleasant to me when I go in. So all of you sound like you have personal problems. The parking isn't the best, but I can deal with that. I like my apartment. You all need to get a grip, because if this is how you get your kicks, then you have priority issues.

The people that have posted here have serious issues with Chase Arbor. Did you know that there are people that have had lawsuits with them, and won?? Sweetie, the problems aren't just with dog crap, and parking. They've broken the health codes and the law. And you know what? They don't give a rat's ass. They don't even care if you, their little cheerleader, get poisened with mold growing underneath your floor or inside your refridgerator.

Serious issues? Yeah. I had a drunk customer put my name on a website because I charged him for something he said he didn't drink and I know he did. Made up a whole bunch of crap about me on a website just because I was doing my job. Just because I like living here doesn't make me a cheerleader. Just means my opinion is different. If you think you have mold and you think they're not doing anything, why haven't you called the city to have them check it out? Must mean there's no mold. Lawsuits? Give me the case name and I'll believe you.

I've lived here for over four years with no problems...anytime I say anything good about this complex people get angry and accuse me of being part of the staff...which I'm not by the way. I really love the ones that pay their rent late and then get upset about the fines...guess they didn't bother to read their lease. They're just a bunch of whinners.

I have never paid my rent late since we get it direct out of our paycheck. I have been slapped with a notice about dog waste and I do NOT even own a pet! Please, you can come over and see the things that still need repair. i can show you my 5 day form from when i moved in June 2005 and STILL things aren't fixed. :-)

the things wrong with the apartment when we moved in and were wrote down and given to the office were not taken care of during the year we lived there and we were charged for them when we moved out.... renters be careful!!!

yeah I am sure out of 160 reviews everyone is lying about how bad chase arbor is and I am sure that all the people years before this who wrote the same eact things were making it up too...yup, it is all a conspiracy! get a clue honey - it is a bad apartment complex and I am sorry you poor office staff waste your time putting fake replies up here - the one time you take time to do anything it is to do this..what a joke

I can honestly say I came here to WARN people about this place....not to just complain. I was a good tenant...never paid the rent late...never "got in trouble"...the place just is horrible and people need to know what they are getting themselves into...just wish i'd had read this before I moved into this place.

Hello? I'm sure you're not the only one in chase arbor that's hard working and not a complainer. It's funny that you're complaining about people complaining. lol. I worked as a waitress for four years while going to school. I know what it's like to have to serve people that are just looking for a fight. But, I can honestly say that Chase Arbor is horrible. I'm not saying all the people are bad. It's just lack of communication, and half of the girls that work in the office are completely uneducated. I never paid the rent late, and I was extremely polite to everyone in the office and the maintenance staff. But there were so many things that went wrong with the apartments(including mold, rats, flies, dishwasher leaks, washing machine leaks, hot water heater leaks, dryer stoped working, toilet problems, parking issues, people being killed, lights in apartments AND hallways never working, etc.)that all happened withing a year's time. And each time they failed to meet standards. Each time I went in politely to get some help, since i was PREGNANT and my husband was deployed. And each time they politely told me ok, but that was just to get rid of me. When my husband got home, he's was so mad at them he went and had to give them like 10 ----- sessions to get all the stuff that went wrong fixed. So, obveously nice doesn't work with them.
