My lease is up from this hell hole in less than a month, FINALLY! Our toilet has been broken for over a month now. It overflows almost everytime you flush it. Our kitchen has flooded 3 times in the past year. The dishwasher has broken, the garbage disposal has been broken, right now our dryer is currently broken.... Our heat pump has busted, leaving us with soaked carpets. Our bathroom and kitchen are covered in mold from all the water damage. Oh god, don't let me forget the mice! Our apartment is basically being controled by mice. Our cat has killed at least 10 of them, and we've only had her a couple months. I called the office freaking out after one got on the couch with me. They told me the exterminator only comes on wednesdays so I'd have to wait. Well a week goes by and at 7:00 in the morning I wake up to some ugly, fat, bald, guy trying to open my door, he had it halfway open cause I only had the top lock done, I was asleep on the couch, barely clothed, and he stood at my door, looked in my apartment, and yelled at me to get up for at least 10 minutes before I finally realized what was going on. Oh yeah, he did nothing once I let him in. Now the tow truck guy.... My husband's truck has stickers, it was parked in a resident spot, but it somehow got towed. Wonder why' The air in one of his tires was low. Not to long ago, my car got towed. I have stickers and all that good crap. But I parked off to the side one night, why' Because I have 2 children under 3 and I didnt want to park on the other side of the complex and walk half a mile. I parked where everyone else had parked there cars many times before. I wake up and my car is getting towed. I ran outside and started yelling "Sir!" over and over. He ignored me. After yelling it about 20 times in his face he finally looked up and gave me the "what do you want look" I just started screaming and cussing him out and walked away. My husband ran outside to try to talk him out of towing it and he told him "Dont even bother with the car, learn how to control your -----" Yep, and the office lets this jerk keep coming in to our complex, snooping around people's cars, and insulting THEIR paying costumers. ALl this --------, and I havent even lived here a year!
