I have lived in Chase Arbor for almost 3 years now, and the countdown is on for the glorious day when I leave. I have had several issues (mostly with my water heater) over the past few years. I moved in July 2003 in a hurried fashion, and have regretted it ever since. I didn't have time to do the tenant check to let them know what needed to be fixed when I initially moved in because I was commuting from out of town. So, I was greeted to a "ready to rent" apartment with a broken oven, cracks in the ceiling, stained carpet, broken electrical outlets, a big depression in the floor (which I'm still amazed I haven't fallen through), and windows that act like they're going to fall out. Since then it's been a cluster of problems. Water heater busted and leaked into the drywall of all the walls surrounding the water closet. This ended in mildew stains on the walls. When they came to fix it, they dragged the old one out ( leaving rusty water stains all over the place), and inserted a "new" one that 8 months later is now broken. So, needless to say, STAY AWAY FROM CHASE ARBOR APARTMENTS. P.S. The A/C is also now broken, has had something wrong with it every summer since I've been here.
