My husband and I were looking for an apartment in Virginia Beach and checked this place out because it was listed in an apartment guide and the price was reasonable. However, I will NEVER forget and am still in utter disbelief over the apartment we were shown. As soon as the door opened, an overwhelming musty smell came out and continued throughout the entire apartment. There were spiders on the ceiling that came down to greet us. (I hate spiders!) The kitchen was extremely small. The "fireplace" was very questionable looking. Everything about this place screamed "RUN!!!" The sidewalk outside of the apartment even had shattered glass all over. It was really funny because the lady who gave us the tour didn't act as though anything was wrong. It was kind of like trying to avoid the pink elephant in a small apartment. The place didn't give off any sign of comfort and I felt so sorry for those people who ever signed a lease for this place. Please, Please steer clear from here unless you are used to living in a ghetto. It looks unsafe and feels unsafe. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
