Let me start off by saying that I have lived here for a year and have never experienced anything that other "reveiwers" have mentioned. Anytime I have a maintance problem and I make a trouble call, it is fixed by the time i get home from work. Maybe this is because I respect the maintance crew and appreciate the work they do. ( I was always taught to treat people the way you would like to be treated, and in return I have had no problem with any of the Ground Crew).As far as the Management goes, agian never had a problem with them or the way they conduct business. The property is well maintained and they are very pet friendly. The recent event that took place other night has a lot of residents worried, as for me I'm not one of them. Due to the fact this was a "Freak Accident" and there was nothing nobody could due to change the outcome of that night. People say they want to move, But where' this could happen anywhere at anytime. I take great comfort in knowing that the Manager and Staff along with the local Police are keeping a watchful eye over Chase Arbor's residents. The people that fill these websites with negitive reviews expect to much for thier money, and are more then likly disrespectful to the management and staff, therefore, these people aready have predetermined views on this place or any other they wish to move into. As far as I'm concerend Chase Arbor has provide me with an "awsome" living experence, and will continue to doe so.

you're making an awful lot of assumptions there about your fellow residents. Some of us have very good renting histories and are very nice, quiet, clean, etc. and still have had serious problems here.

someone was shot 10 times and killed . when i went to the office to see what the heck was going on they told me the body was from the apartments acrossed the street. but she's right they probably did drag the body from there to here....what a joke!

I was on the couch beside my husband watching a movie when we heard the gunshots. and hey, we looked out the window, they were laying right infront of our apartment. HA, whoever believes that they "dragged" the body over here is a dumb ass. When the police got there, we went outside, there was a pool of blood around him my husband said, not a drag line. And you all are right, this probably is the manager. I'm from a small town in middle virginia and I was raised to respect everyone and be kind to others. Everytime I have gone into the office to speak to someone, they all look down on me because I'm not stuck up and dress like im working in an office for a fashion magazine in which filing means filing your nails. I've always been polite and kind, but the office girls, which some are nice, but some are just plain dumb. Oh, like Ms. Angie, she can't count. I gave her two money orders one time, one for $500 and one for $495. and she wrote me a receipt for $1095. HELLO, ANYONE HOME??? oh and they "filed" it under the wrong apartment and STILL, after we figured it out, tried to charge me the extra $90-DUMB ASS

I have excellent rental references from other places I have lived and I would live in a dumpster behind the Arby's down the street from chase arbor before I moved back into Chase Arbor.
