This place is a joke. Someone got murdered here 4 nights ago. If you ask the management or any of the leasing staff, for an explanation, each will give you a completely different story (cover-up) of what actually happened. The night after the murder, my car as well as two others were broken in to. There is mold growing on one of my walls and I informed the office staff 2 weeks ago. Still waiting on the repair. Though the light outside our front door was out and that took 3 months for them to get around to, so I'm sure the mold response team will be in real soon. Yeah right. Me and my wife don't feel safe sleeping here. We've slept at my sister-in-law's house for the last four nights. I called the front office and informed them of the break-in and they told me it must have happened elsewhere. Of course it did, I just failed to notice the broken window and glass all over my car, and one less CD player then the last time I drove it. When I kindly asked if they had 24 hour security, the leasing consultant had no idea what I meant. He then had to call another Manager from whom he found out that there was no need to have 24 hour security due to the fact that "two cops live at Chase Arbor and they kindly offer courtesy patrol when they are off duty". Oh well in that case, I'll sleep much better. Especially if it came from the office staff, it HAS to be the truth. This place is an absolute joke, the people that work here, the buildings themselves, everything. We moved here in May and the hot tub was "under repair but set to open soon". Five months later, here we are, same hot tub still "under repair". But that's ok. I'll sacrifice the hot tub for our safety and well-being. Oh wait, they don't offer that either. But then again why would they when a 1 bedroom is only 900 dollars a month right. If you are even considering moving here, please take my advice, LOOK ELSEWHERE. It's awful and a very expensive mistake. I am positive that anyone that has posted positive ratings on this place is an employee here. Good luck and please take my advice.

Totally 100% agree! We've had much the same experience and are getting out in 3 weeks and counting. A few more cars in our cul de sac were broken into again last night. It's not safe at all...not to mention all the other problems. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!

My truck was broken into as well. I completely agree. I woke up one night, to someone looking in my window! And the night after the murder was when my truck was broken into.. They got 3 grand worth of sound system stuff... And now were screwed.. Im not even going to get started on the other problems weve had.. its rediculous. and its only been 2 months.
