ive lived here for little over a year, unfortunately. let's see the problems here are numerous. first off i had no hot water for a week because the maintenance men are morons and dont know what they are doing, my hot water heater was broken. which it took them was too long to come out to fix it. when it busted it leaked under the carpet to the tile in the bathroom and under the sink. which they didnt do anything about. let's just let it get moldy, im sure that's good for your health. right now my sink is broke and i have called serveral times for them to come out to fix it...have they'....no and im not surprised. the appliances are old and worn..ie my oven broke to. i got a noise violation for listening to music while cleaning my house at noon. the lady who came by was completely rude and disrespectful. the list of problems go on and on. if you want to get an apartment i would NOT recommend this place!
