The Managment is awesome and really helped me out! I love the amenities here and love the free tanning. My apartment was in really good condition and i have nothing bad to say about Chase Arbor. PLEASE IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS, because i did and now im glad i did because this place rocks!!!

**Maintanance is one of the best maintanace crews i have ever come across**REALLY QUICK AND THOUROUGH**

I will recommend anyone looking for and apartment in VA BEACH to come here!!!

After two law proceedings against this company - a rat bite from my storage unit- an apartemnt infested with fleas from the tenant before me ,no air conditiong in August,incompetenat book keeping by the office staff and a high crime rate it is clear that who ever wrote the above revire either works here or is doing doing some heavy drugs.

yeh...anybody that talks about how great the amenities are obviously works for the leasing company...we had a rat in our apt. too and they wouldn't do anything about it and there's been like three or four murders there in the last few years...not safe at all.

They have tanning at Chase Arbor? YEAH RIGHT LMAO! I have seen where their tanning bed used to be, it is non-exsistent. The work out room is a joke too! LOL!
