We lived at Chase Arbor for 2 1/2 years and we had numerous maintenance problems. Also, be sure to read the fine print in your agreement and keep all of your receipts. They lost our pet deposit and tried to make us pay it again. I didn't even get an apology after I showed them our receipt. The will also automatically renew your lease at the end of your 12 months unless you give them 60 days of advance notice. They told me that their yearly reminders are only complimentery. The only nice comment I can say is that the location is good.
