I moved out of Chase Arbor after numerous issues. Military families BEWARE! We were given the name of Chase Arbor from Military Housing. I originally was going to move in with my dog, but i ended up giving him to my mother to keep her company. Chase Arbor kept giving us pet "cleanup" notices.
We did our move out inspection and they refunded our deposit. Here it is 13 months later and they are trying to charge us for claims. They back dated their entry in the inspection. I called the main management company Great Atlantic Real Estate/Property Management and I keep getting a voice mail and no one responding to my multiple phone messages. RENTER BEWARE!!!

-Pigeon poop on stairwells,
-lights that don't work, darkened stairs,
-pets not picked up after,
-rude staff,
-slow and lazy maintenance (also will help themselves to items in your fridge without asking)
-mildew in bathrooms
-cracked leaky walls
-poor plumbing
-pool that leaves a sticky residue on your skin when you get out
-pool hours 12-5 (not great for the working adult to use)
Inadequate parking
