Initially the office was very polite; however, after you become a resident all that goes out the window. I had my vehicle towed approximately two months after I moved in because I was parked in an unmarked spot and did not have a decal...which is complete BS...we are allowed to park in those spots. However, after I spoke with the staff they told me that they don't have any oversight on vehicles being towed from Chase Arbor and I was likely parked in a marked spot, but I couldn't see the marking because it was worn away. I spoke with the tow truck company and they said they have to tow vehicles when they want and how they want because it is a great way for them to make money. Did Chase Arbor do anything' Not at all. I contacted the property management company, they recognized this as a significant problem, but they don't like to return phone calls.

Overall, being in the military, beware, you go TAD/TDY your vehcile may not be there when you get back.

To end with a good note, the maintenance staff is quick, friendly, and good-to-go.
