Me, my boyfriend, and our roomates have been here since July of 2007 and havnt had any problems. It has great stuff to offer like massage therapy and FREE TANNING. you never want to leave. The price is good and the area is awesome-right next to the towncenter, but not too close, and great highway access. I dont know what these people are talking about maybe they just have never lived in an apartment before.. oh well i love it and im sure you will too!

As a past tenant and regular follower of reviews of Chase Arbor, I'm having a hard time believing this is a real tenant. The staff have been known to post fake reviews before in an effort to mask the problems at this place. If this truly is a real tenant, I am very surprised, as this is the exception, not the normal case. Tanning and massages don't mean squat when your walls are growing mold.

Agree (with ninjagumby)! I was very disappointed with this place and I'm familiar with living in apartments. The black mold, holes in the floors, and being able to see our dowstairs neighbors ceiling through a hole in our fireplace have absolutely nothing to do with reading contracts! The only way our holes ever got fixed was because we finally threatened to withhold rent and persue legal action. Chase Arbor was not a good experience! I do however love Magnolia Chase and Magnolia Run apartments - talk about night and day differences!

This review was obviously done by a person who works there......they are so full of crap. I lived there a few years ago.......and it was totally miserable. The place was a craphole, parking sucked (I always had to deal with the worry of getting my car towed.....my dad came to visit me one day...he wasn't even parked 5 minutes and they snagged his car up...the pricks), all maintenance issues were never taken care of.....the only thing I ever saw the maintenance people doing were racing their golf carts around the complex and bull jiving. Every time I called about maintenance related issue.....even the most minor ones were always never taken care of. The office staff......they are all immature, and don't have a clue nor give a damn about customer service. They all act prissy and think that they can do whatever they please.....and you can't do a damn thing about it. Every encounter I had with them I always ended up walking out upset because of they way they treated me. They should all be fired......that place needs a complete overhaul. I recommend tearing it all down, building a new complex....and hiring a completely different (and enthusiatic, caring) staff.....also a maintenance team that has a friggin' clue about how to fix stuff. DO NOT, whatever you do.....DO NOT rent from these people......you will regret it....guaranteed. There are better places out there.

I agree. It was definetly someone who works in the office who wrote this and you can tell by the way they worded their review. I just broke my lease I didn't care if I had to pay the conditions I lived in the apartment should be condemned and I'm outta here!

They do have free tanning but the thing is the tanning bed is always broke and there is not ventilation in that room so its hot as hell. As for the massage therapy yeah they probably come to your home and do it and its like forty dollars for 30 minutes. I'm sorry if I want a good massage I'll go to the spa where its peaceful and I don't have to hear all the "homies" and there loud base. As for the mangement they did hire new ones but they are worse then the last ones. so whomever wrote this orginial review is probably staff. So to them you are so BS!

yeah right you have got to be kidding!!! this was the worst living experience i ever had. i stopped paying rent for one month because of the black mold growing from my apartment and within 30 days i had an eviction notice on my door..... SO GLAD ABOUT IT! i'm going to fight them in court, but if I lose I will take an eviction hit to get out of that hell hole. and i will post the pics of the black mold on this site tonight!! OH YEAH, YOUR COMMENT ABOUT MAINTENANCE RACING THEIR GOLF CARTS IS TRUE! that is what they do, ignore your problems and have their own fun. while our oven was broken for days, we kept calling only to look out the window and see two golf carts full of maintenance workers riding around the complex, laughing and smiling carting TRASH around. not fixing our oven! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! RUN... FAST!
