Renters BEWARE....Chase Arbor is HORRIBLE. I moved into Chase Arbor back in August and currently in process of moving out. Chase Arbor placed me in an apt that was equivalent to a 1980 motel room. There the carpet was old burber carpet, the kitchen has all OLD appliances, I mean 1980's old w/scratches and scrapes on everything, old sink fixtures and the refrigerator rocked back and forth when you opened the door. The wash and dryer were different colors, one brown, one white both extremely out dated. The door that closed over the washer and dryer was off track. The ceiling in the bathroom was yellow and appear to have water damage, the film on the back of the mirror in the bathroom was peeled off about 3/4 of the mirror, all the bathroom fixtures, faucets etc were old! There were pieces missing from the blinds in the bedroom. The entire apt was extremely out dated. I immediately called the rental office and the assistant property manager came over and said the only things they could promise would be fixed is the refrigerator. To make a long story short they placed me in a new apt which wasn't much better from the one I was in but not having much choice as I was moving in that day I accepted it. The wonderful management staff wrote the wrong price on my lease and is tried charging me the higher rent. They gave me an option to pay the higher rent or give 30 days notice. I have since given my notice and have been dealing with an EXTREMELY rude staff from the rental office. Everyone who works in there is young, unprofessional and ignorant! In my opinion and this is just my personal experience look elsewhere. Along side those problem, parking is a headache as well. Light fixture in the hallways are broken, stairway are never clean, just awful.

The property was built in 1985. They are not BRAND NEW! and im sure you are over exagerating. Well guess what you got out of your lease, boo hoo. go pay 1100 for a one bedroom at Brenneman Farms for a Brand new APT. It's the cost of living get used to it!

You can deal with living standards below average all you want, I dont have to! I work hard for my money and refuse to be take advantage of by Chase Arbor or anyplace else. As I stated this was my opinion and my experience and nothing was exagerated. Your smart reply was definately not needed. I much rather pay $1100 for rent and have a nice apartment where the office staff isnt rude and ghetto than pay $800 for this hell hole. If your happy with Chase Arbor then that is good for you, enjoy!!!!
