I this place is horrible, always raising rent. Parking is maintained by the city, the towing company tows cars for the hell of it. chase arbor is a nightmare.

Chase Arbor is not that bad, your car will get towed only if you dont follow the rules and regulations, its just like any other apt. complex. Please dont listen to this person they dont know what they are talking about. :(
