Just an update on my girlfriends post and some other stuff she forgot. Our AC is still not fixed, we have been dealing with this for a month now. So this week it has been hotter, and as said above the AC still doesn't work, it has been 4 days and nothing,, We called the emergency line and no responces at all. They tell us it's the weekend and all the companies are closed, but I can go thru the phone book and reach several companies that are more than willing to come out today. Why won't the management and maintenace get this issue resolved'''

Inconsiderate staff..
1)They don't return your calls,,even during working hours.
2)Maintenace doesen't even knock, they just walk right into my apt.
3)My girlfriend droped a piece of mail, Management sent a letter and said we littered and had to pay a $25 fee.'' This still puzzels me' I loose an important piece of mail and your going to fine me''' This wasn't junk mail or an advertisement, it was our car insurace bill.
4)If your wondering the tanning bed is broke,, and when it does work there is no ventaltion in that tiny room,,so it's HOT
5)Exercise Room'' I guess you can throw a tredmill and bench press into a room and call it a fitness center..
6)Our tub is OLD,,,it's like worn down to the metal,,or lower part of the fiberglass' Each appliance is dated,,late 70's early 80's
7)the flooring is curving up around the edges.
8)Vandelism,,car windows broke out,, someone knocked my side mirror off of my car.
9)TOWING, I have seen tow truck operators tow from the visitor parking area.

At first when we moved in, some of these things were overlooked, because I assumed you get what you pay for.. But now it is very clear that what I got was a result of poor mainteance, and PISS POOR MANAGEMENT.

IF you have a maintance issue,, they start by trying to fix it the cheapest way possible,, so if you have an issue it might take 3-4 tries befor they fix it.. HEY MANAGEMENT...IF you fix it the right way the first time your going to save time and money in the future...BUT i guess you have not figured this out yet.

Mu husband and I lived there for 2 years and it was the worst two years of our life - the first apartment literally crumbled and they moved us to another one and then renewed our lease for doing it - so we were stuck - we have not lived there for almost 4 years now and I don't miss it or recommend it - send letters and calls to the management company - get the news involved - don't put up with it!

wow chase arbor needs to get better management i'm sorry you have to go thru all of what you're going thru. my husband and i moved from there a 2 months ago because our experience was to the point of no return. We broke our lease after being there only 2 weeks and even tho they still charged us for breaking it, where we live now is 100% better we moved to shoreline apartments, its cheaper and nicer.
