When driving by Chase Arbor a year ago, I couldn't wait to live there. The office looked great, the people in the office were amazing and the model you got to see was perfect. You move in and the apartment you get everything is out dated, the walls are in terrible condition, when you sign the agreement that your apartment has no known mold, total lie no idiot could miss the mold in these apartments, the closet that the hot water heater is in is so gross no amount of cleaning would ever clean it completely, you can't walk outside on your porch because that is absolutly gross, you have one bathroom that looks desent but the other looks like your grandma owned it before they decided to put it in your apartment, and in my case from the day I moved in I didn't have AC nor heat I was told that it was fixed and that was all they could do about it, but as soon as a bitched enough they got a professional over there and like magic a week before I moved out it was fixed. The people in the office are so rude, I will give it to one girl, ------, she was one of the nicer ones I ran into. And though maintaince couldn't fix anything they were very nice they even went as far as the befriend my puppy. Maybe they should get the jobs in the office' And when they tell you that the water bill doesn't really go up by that much, don't believe it, one month it was 35 then it jumped to 40 something then it jumped to 50.

I only post this because I don't want other people making the same mistake I did. You honestly don't want to live there, they are wayy over priced for what you get.

There is only two nice things I could say about Chase Arbor, they made the parking better about a month before I left, and when I thought they would charge me alot for different stuff like the rust that was in my dishwasher since I moved in, they didn't. I got most of my deposit back which is not what I was expected after reading one of the post on here.
