When I lived in Chase Arbor almost 2 and a half years ago it was miserable. One of the worst places I ever lived! Very moldy, we had a hole in the floor when we moved in that had to be fixed. The tubs had rust in them and I'm fairly sure the floors were rotting in some areas because there were many uneven places and sort of "soft spots". Some of the furniture did not sit evenly because the floors were not even. And there were police there all the time. At least three times in broad daylight I saw officeres with dogs running down the side walks. One day I was walking my little dog and they told me to get out of the way. It was a bit scary. Also there was someone murdered there only a half an hour after I had taken my dog out one night. I was Always worried about coming in at night and there were strange people that hung around. One night some drunk man sat outside and sang for several hours. My roomate and I finally called the police. There were also people coming in at all hours of the night playing loud base music. Because I'm a teacher and needed to get up early in the mornings this was really an issue for me. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone i care about to live. My dad said he would never have wanted his single daughter to live there if he was aware of the things that went on. It looked nice from the outside though and that can really be decieving when you are trying to find a place to live in a hurry. I am only writing this because I still feel strongly even sevearl years later that this place is not the best place for certain people to live. If you have a crazy life and you are like 18 and want to party all the time, do drugs, live in filth .......... enjoy!

Prior Tenant, I currently live in Chase Arbor for only a few more days and I am responding to you because I see a number of people complain but I have yet to see anyone say they took action on these problems. My wife and I provide access to law firms at a reasonable monthly fee, called Pre-Paid Legal. The service will allow you to call your provider firm an UNLIMITED amount of times on an issue, or even have letters and phone calls written on your behalf an UNLIMITED amount of times. There is so much more that comes with this service, but these two items would be critical to someone who has gone through what you have gone through.
