Me and my husband moved in here on June 3erd. 2 days before we moved in we read the reviews, and got afraid, but it was a last resort and we felt we could afford the rent(He had to report on base) The apartment is nice for our little family of 3. The only thing I dont like about it is the stove and fridge look like they were made in the 1980's, but they still work good. Ants are really bad too. But really its not bad at all. I do have to agree with everyone else that those girls in the office are B*****!!! When your moving in they are so great, but after that, they act like they are better than you, I cant stand them. They recently redid the parking lots and they look great, landscape is nice but towing is horrible, people get towed all day long. We DONT have a problem with mold or anything or rats, but hey we may have gotten lucky, so Im NOT saying people dont have problems with that! But we are moving out Septmeber 15th because rent is crazy. We honestly feel like we can get something better for $1124 (thats with military discount) We are going to a better place and those are WAY bigger and nicer than what we are in now. So its either you take a chance like we did or not. You may end up with a good one or a moldy one. Your choice!!!

Yeah, towing is intense. Although I've found that as long as you park in the right place you should be ok. We don't have ants, but every now and again I find these tiny gnats. Overall, an ok place. GO NAVY!!!

Please tell me where better places are because were have put our deposit down but if we will have all these problems then it's not worth it. Please let me know of other apartments.

go to craigslist.com and search in apts/housing. there are TONS of deals there from reputable apartments. don't rent at chase arbor!!!
