almost two years and i hate this place more and more. i only renewed my lease because i was deployed during that time. a couple months after i moved in i saw a leak close to the fireplace. they told me that they would get someone on it. three days later someone showed up and said it was fixed. the very next time it rained, there was the leak again. like i said it has been almost two years and i have reported the same problem almost 12 times. the maintenance department does not care and do not have the knowledge to take care of problems. i had a stopped up bath tub one time and the guy came out three times to supposedly fix it. it was not fixed. i took a wire hanger and cleaned out the drain and solved the problem. the most recent prblem are the drug addicts that live close by. i have reported them about 5 times over a period of 3 months and i was told they were getting kicked out.nothing has happened. i think i have seen the cops over at there place at least 4 times. do not move to this place. Stay AWAY!!!

Call the health department. That water is a danger to you. (stagnent and standing water is a health issue) You can call Code Enfocement (Va. Beach) about the apt and they will write a summons to Chase Arbor. (legally they have to fix everything) Also if you are still in the Navy your CO or anyone over you can complain and the complex will no longer rent to people in the service. I took them to court and had my lease broken. They lied and said I owe money and now it's on my credit report. I am fighting it . If you call Va. Beach Code Enfocement and the Health Dept, they will come at your convenience and no one will know. . Chase has to fix everything and also you can break your lease. Code and Health Dept came and they fixed everythng. Good Luck!

i live here now and the management names such as -------and -------are very rude and inconsiderate. the maint. has no experience to be able to fix a chipped wall. i can not wait to move from here i wish i could do a petition and have all the people who have issues sign it and then call 10 on your side on them.if u want in let me know they wont know what hit them after that.
