My husband and I moved here in the beginning of September and have been having constant problems ever since. We turned in the maintenance sheet the first week we moved in and almost nothing has been accomplished by maintenance. Do not be fooled by the staff's smiles and friendliness because the have proven themselves incompetent in their jobs.

One of our first complaints was the our apartment reeked of cigarettes and that the ceiling and counter tops were stained yellow. The next day the maintenance guys came with a CAN OF SPRAY PAINT(!)And sprayed a strong pine scented deodorizer throughout the apartment WITHOUT ANY VENTILATION!

Since October we have had countless problems with our neighbors upstairs pounding on the floor and although the manager says she'll take care of it, the pounding continues.

Our most recent discovery is that the closet that holds the water heater and air conditioning unit is covered in MOLD and hasn't been maintained since 2002!

There is very little counter space and what little cabinet space you have smells moldy.

If you enjoy privacy Chase Arbor is not the place for you! We can hear everything through our front and back door, like it isn't even there. It seems as though no one wants to call their friends when they arrive, everyone just honks and honks and honks till next thing you know it, 20 minutes has gone by. AND FOR THE GRAND FINALE---> Sometimes you can hear the people above us PEEING! That's as paper thin as it gets.

So please, don't let the free cookies and fresh remodel in the leasing office fool you this place is CRAP!

The only nice thing about living here is most of the residents are military so you don't have to worry about your stuff being stolen or your cars getting messed with.

The girls in the offices are great they try to help you as much as they can. There maintenance guys totally suck there rude and need to mind their own bussiness. Everything else is good we haven't had a problem beside the maintenance issues.

my car got broken into while i was living there, also two of my neighbors had their car windows shattered. A man was shot and killed about 50 yards in front of my front door.
