Do not move here, the rent is very high to begin with, and the apartment we were promised ended up being more like a one bedroom with a den as opposed to a two bedroom. The maintainence people only came when the apartment flooded twice. When we moved in the doors were off of the hinges, there were stains on the carpets, and our neighbors above us like to throw things off of their balcony and on to ours. ALso the complex lost our rent check and tried to make us pay late fees for their mistake. The women were not very helpful in the office and they did not communicate with each other, so no one knew about pre-existing problems that were going on with their tennants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

this is so true, all of it sounds just like my own experience with them. DO NOT RENT AT CHASE ARBOR!!
