Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
When we moved in everything seemed ok until i realized that my bathtub leaked, and so did the sink in my bathroom. A few weeks after we moved in our dishwasher started making funny noises and maintenance never came for it. It also took maintenance 2 weeks to fix my washer. They are way too expensive for the size of their apartments. Not to mention the people that used to live up stairs sold drugs and people would come up and down the stairs at all hours of the night and it sounded like a heard of elephants. My husbands car has been broken into a couple times.
