Do not move here! We were charged money and our whole deposit was taken upon moving out. The apartment was clean thoroughly and nothing was left. The managers/staff are completely rude and oblivious to what is supposed to happen. They are unprofessional and ridiculous. Do not move here. I made a list upon moving in of EVERYTHING that was wrong with the apartment and still I was not given my deposit back. If you are planning on moving here it is way over priced and not worth it. I have never lived anywhere this crappy. They never clean up the garbage laying around on the decks that people leave out. The parking is a nightmare, they are very unorganized. I was told I had two spots when I moved in. I only used one until I was married then my significant other had to park in visitors parking for the duration of our stay. Total crap.

People also move into trailor parks all the time. If you are planning on moving here do not be like me, please do the research and see that a low 18% of people recommend it here and all of the people complain about the same things, the maintenance, office staff, and the deposit. See a trend?
