okay my husband and i lived here for about a year now and i can not wait to moved out!!!!! the front office girls are so rude with there fake smiles!! you call them to complain and they do nothing but say oh its just hear say.. i have a neighbor who has been playing their music way too loud and has subs and vibrates my whole apartment to the point my pictures fall off the walls.. not only that i have a newborn baby and we all know how senstive there little ears are.. well need less to say the office ladys wont do ---- about your issues..you call them to complain thats what theyre there for and they do nothing at all....and when i moved in my apartment was so nasty.. black spots on the carpet mold growing on the ceiling ing the bathroom, mold on the tiles and even in the waterheater room.... they wont come and fix anything right... anyway this is the worst place to live and they treat yoiur military ppl rudely... i do not reconmend anyone living here.....not worth your money

Wow, amazing chase arbor staff, you should be proud of your crappy service. It's funny that people are complaining about the same things! Even if you write the descrepencies before you move in, they will still take your deposit, take money from military members who have bled, sweat, and almost died for that money.
