Chase Arbor almost made us lose our house! On the last month my husband lived at the apartment they lost our rent check 4 times and then charged us for being late! so we paid the balance and left. They sent a confirmation to the new apartment saying that our balance was paid in full and we DID NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING. When we went to get a loan for our house something came back on our credit that chase arbor filed a lawsuit against us, didnt tell us and we could lose our loan because of it. The claimed we owed them money after being told by the manager herself that we did not owe them anything. When we contacted them again after finding this information out they had no idea who we were and claimed we never lived there after filing a lawsuit against my husband!!! Month's later their "lawyer" claimes it is no big deal that the va just contacted us and said if we didnt get it taken care of we would default on the loan! The lawyer for chase arbor just said "oh well sorry we filed a lawsuit by accident against you, we didn't mean to and you had everything paid in full after all.... sorry." meanwhile we are still dealing with this after not living in that apartment for a year and a half! The have officially ruined our lives and no one should ever live here or deal with the most incompitent people I have ever dealt with!

omg that sux!!!! theyre screwing us over right now not helping us with anything and i hope to god the manager loses her job for giving out private informantion....
