I have lived in Chase Arbor for about 3 years now, i really feel as if all these negative comments are out of anger. I feel so safe here and its always quite. I have had some problems in my apartment it is an apartment for christ sake.I really enjoyed the fact that they accepted my 70 pound dog. They nice big dog park is amazing to let your dog just go run and play. I love the girls in the office, even though they change them up alot. They have always been welcoming and warming to me anytime I've needed something. That is their job and they are put there to run this complex. The maintance are always friendly as well and on top of things. I hate i'm leaving Chase Arbor due to buying a house. I really felt like this was my home away from home. All you negative people who sit around your apartment all day and don't have jobs and can't spell to save your life. Good Luck with that.

I recently posted a negative review and I am employed, married, and have a Master's degree. So the description of "negative people" you gave is inaccurate. As is your review. And why would someone be sad about leaving an apartment to buy a home? That makes no sense. Don't be fooled by this review, Chase Arbor is not exceptional. It is not even average.

I completely agree... most things are out of anger and usually... anyway in my case there is a reason for the anger. I'm happy that you enjoyed your time at Chase Arbor, I however didn't and its my right to post why I didn't so that others can see that. I didn't say anything about people that enjoyed living there in my post, I would appreciate if you didn't have to put down others just to make yourself feel better about your opinion. Chase Arbor in my opinion is not a good place to live. I would steer clear if I knew before what I know now.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA your so cute. Prick? Really who says that now days. Great Atlantic is the one of the largest management companies in the USA. You hope it goes under? Wow, heartless right there. If you didn't like it 3 years was a bit too long huh. I don't have the hook up nor do I know the girls or company personally, i'm in the real world and realize living in an apartment isn't perfect. Keep doing what your doing which is apparently nothing but sticking your nose where it does not belong.

Wow these two guys are really going all out! The guy who wrote the intial review also mentioned something about Great Atlantic. It sounds like they know a lot about the company. Hmm, really fishy to me.....good call out to the guy who got him to mention it. You were right....this guy probably works for the complex or for Great Atlantic. They must really be hurting over there....

I also recently posted a negative review, because they refused to do a walk through with me and decided to charge me for items that were not destroyed. I think anyone would be upset if that happened them and then on top of it, the complex would not listen to your side of the story or offer to refund your money. And for your information, I am employed and college educated. I believe you should read your review again and pick up on the spelling errors before you go and criticize others for their spelling.
