i dont know where this person below me is living, but it darn sure isn't at Chase Arbor. I will give her credit on The maintenance personel, they are absoluty awesome and friendly. But the front office staff are complete Bi**hes, and are way unfriendly. The parking is nice, but inside the apartment sucks. DO NOT FALL INTO THE DISPLAY TRAP. Windows are hard to close, if they do at all, always cold in the winter, hot in the summer, water bill is outragous, wall are paper thin, always hear the neighbor above me, kids are scared to go oustice cause peeps let there dogs run free, and they poop everywhere and dont clean it up, crime is bad heard several gun shots, and both of my cars have been broken into twice, bathrooms leak, and way over priced. I am in the military and movin into base hopusing at the end of my lease, in January, can't wait.
