The management is awful. If you move in around summer expect no A/C about the whole summer and have the property manager Claudia tell you to open a window or never answer your phone calls or call you back. If you want heat ha! I have lived here for about a year and i have about 3 more months to go and i cannot wait til im out of that place. Expect drafty windows and your rent is never the same it goes up 6 dollars a month. Even if you don't us the water you are paying for the whole building. I would look for a better living place. unless you like to party and do drugs this is the place for you. I HATE IT I HATE IT!!!! you can get more for your money somewhere ten times better!
