If you are looking to find decent housing this isnt it. If you are looking here safe a couple hundred dollars and move to the hood. This place is unreal. People in and out all hours of the night come home have to walk from around the building because your "assigned parking spot" is taken by a drug buyer. If you like to party all night long and do drugs this is the right place for you to live. But if you have kids it definelty isnt. There is only 5 dumpsters so if you have trash most likely it isnt getting in the dumpster or you have to walk thru trash to get to it. Then the trash truck comes at 6am so if you work at night sorry for you. My door was knocked on 5 times before 9am looking for drugs. Called the office they told me that they would get to it when they could. Car where broken into, and some apts actually have alarm systems that go off usually every other night. You call the police there either here with a minute or dont show at all because its always something here. Oh and yeah they say it is controlled acess, that means they have an OFF THE GROUNDS SECURITY COMPANY, Call them they dont respond LOL this place is a joke. Oh and the office staff are a bunch of friendly people until asked to do something about all this. LOL they are a joke as well
I would not recommend this place to a homeless person nor would I recommend THE DRAGAS COMPANIES who run this place.
