Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
When I was poor I had to live on 28th street in Norfolk. One of the hardcore drug zones.
This place feels the same.
Booming Bass 4 A.M. mon - friday. I don't care so much on the weekends but m - f'
Slamming doors car alarms.
Unusually high trafic in and out of the neighbors...
Neigbors cuss when sober, but it's something to hear when they're drunk.
Not a nice place to live..
Police can't do much.
Management turnover is excessive, the new manager never hears about old noise complaints etc. and you have to start fresh with them.
Most people give up and move.
