I have lived here for 3 months and am completely not happy and we are definately not going to renew our lease and have already started looking elsewhere for when our lease is up in 8 months, the count down begins! The office staff is horribly rude and everytime I walk in the office to pay rent they are on personal phone calls and rush you to get out of the office so they can continue. The management in the office is very inconsiderate and are just plain bitchy. There is no communication within the office so if you talk to one person dont expect anybody else there to know what your talking about the 4th or 5th time you have to put in a maintence request. Example: leak in our ceiling in our bedroom leaked all down the wall and into the light switch, we took the light switch off to make sure the water wasnt getting into the wires which would start a fire (common sense) in doing this a hole was put into the wall because it was so sopping wet, now they want us to pay $50 for fixing the hole (which took them 2 weeks to do) that was caused by a leak in their roof in their building. Watch out because they will charge you any way they can. Although i hate everything about this place, i do feel safe sorta despite to recent mugging across the way at Pembroke :-/ What it comes down to, is if you want to overpay for just an average apartment with nothing speacial, old appliances, crappy service and rude people be my guest, otherwise go somewhere else...we are.

I completely agree with this review. We had a leak as well and nothing was done except they came and vacuumed. It developed mold as a result. To the author you need to go to home depot by a mold test kit and find out what you are breathing in.
