Where do I begin. Maybe with the mold. If you don't believe me I have pictures. I warned the management because of a WATER HEATER leaking through my ceiling that there was mold because I am high allergic and they did nothing other than sending a incompetent maintance man out to simply look and determine there wasn't. I purchased a mold test and it tested positive. I have been in and out of the doctors office for several severe sinus infections.

Secondly, how about paying a 1200 rent on top off paying a $181 electricity bill and $80 water bill in september when the apartment was even unoccupied for a week. Also, the thing about the hot water for only 5 minutes is true. Several times I have had to drive to the local gym and finish my shower there. I actually clocked my time of hot water at 2 minutes and 36 seconds. I have reported this for over 4 months and still nothing has been done. They sent out some guy to stick a themometer in a bucket and tell me nothing was wrong. Now I ask you what did that prove' The water heater needs replaced and the water pressure is hard enough to take your skin off. Exaggeration yes but you get the point.

The noise is an issue. The walls are paper thin and plenty of young people with loud steroes and cars "bumping music."

The staff is horrible. I have had maintenance enter my apartment with no prior consent or knowledge and also have had a maintenance person insult my wife.

Oh remember the leak' Ya all they did was paint the spot on the ceiling and vacuum. Does anyone else with common sense realize that when sheat rock becomes wet it must be cut out and replaced' This complex doesn't fix anything, they cover it up. My AC has a freon leak and my furnance has a moldy coil, and my water heater has a bad element. They haven't fixed this in 4 MONTHS!

Parking is awful. We often find ourselves having to save a spot or if we get home to late we have to park 3 blocks away.

Now to be fair the one thing I can say positive it that the place seems very secure but not by their security. I have seen no problems of anyone being robbed or anyboyd snooping around. However, two months ago my car was hit by another car in the parking lot and whomever hit it left there car there but they were no where to be found. I called security and they NEVER showed! I never even got a call regarding the incident.
