Columbus station is by far the worst of Virginia Beaches' many complexes. Other than an ideal location to the Towne Center area the place is AWFUL. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE! The staff is rude and unhelpful. Parking is also a nightmare. There are almost no spots. The "future resident parking" is actually a towing trap. If you park there they will tow your car and give you hell to find it. The apartments have awful layouts with small rooms and smaller bathrooms. The toilets often do not function properly and when one tries to contant matienence about an issue they recieve NO assistance. TERRIBLE place to live overall. DON'T LIVE HERE!

Didnt you do research before moving? Thats your responsibility to look at parking, room size, bathroom size etc... Sounds like bad planning on your part.
