I have not had any problems with my townhome. I just moved on 9/1/09 and the staff is great especially the girl that helped us Cecilla she was really nice and helpful at all times. The maintanence came over the same day I submitted my 5 day form and they completed the work the same day. The complex has more than enough paking spaces for everyone and plenty of visitors parking.My neighbors are very quiet and they work in the day as I do.I would recommend Diamond Springs to everyone!

wow i'm sorry... but i had to laugh at this... it was a horrible place never was parking or enough vistor parking... had a friend over wasn't enough parking i asked them if they would let their towing company know about her car so they would not tow it and it was towed 2hrs later come to find out they never let them know... they lie and have lied their way into stealing money from us.. it took for us to move for them to realize the part of the neighborhood we lived in was scary at night. The roof leaked and we had 2pages of the 5day form crap they gave you NOTHING was worked on. Our blinds were broken holes in the ceiling it was utter CRAP you'll find out and when you do i'm sorry....
