I have lived at Dove Landing for about 3 months now, and I am absolutely happy with my place. The space and price are wonderful. The office staff is very helpful, and maintenance is right on top of things. I could not be happier with my decision to move here. If you want a helpful staff and a nice affordable apartment, move here.

I agree; I can't believe some of the horrible comments that others have said about Dove Landing. I have lived here for almost 3 years and have never had a bad experience. They are under new management and the staff is so friendly. They have changed staff but I am sure they had good reason to replace employees. I am very happy with Dove Landing.

That "Happy To Be Here" post is a freaking crock indeed. Dove Landing USED TO BE a decent place to live until early 2007, when Templeton Associates sold the property. It's been downhill ever since. When Channel 10 News has to show up at the rent office & embarrass management into doing its job (ie: dumping the piles of trash it ignored for weeks). You know you have a serious problem. Glad I got out when I did.
