Not the best place.

When we first moved to Virginia Beach this was the only place that we could find that was available. The office staff was great. They always did what was within their power to keep us happy. If it wasn't for them we would have moved out after being there a couple of months. Our air conditioner broke in the middle of summer. Which is understandable, things happen. It took almost a week to get a new one in. The infant was not happy being hot. The maintenance guy said that our old air conditioner was over 25 years old. Can you say time to replace the old with the new' There were several things that needed replacing. I got to know the maintenance men very well. (There were only 2) There were always stange people walking through the complex. They would always glance in the windows which was sort of scary. Overall, if you have no where else to live this will work but if you can find something nicer in your price range go for it. There is without a doubt crappy parking. You are assigned ONE parking place. After that you hope if you leave that when you come back there is a parking place. Which the assigned parking place is usually stolen by someone so you have to hunt them down. If you have two cars or company over the first on there parks in the free for all spot so that the last one home can have to reserved spot. Otherwise you are out of luck. There is definitly room for improvement.
