Townhomes/apartments are horrible. Staff is horrible. Parking is horrible. Noise is horrible. Everything dealing with eastwinds is Horrible. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I hated!!! When ever you call up about a problem it never gets fixed,, I was told that I had a updated townhome and that we were paying extra, well thats fine, but when we got here it WASEN'T.. Just the kitchen was, and then we had to fight with them to do the bathrooms,,well that took 6 MONTHS. It was supposed to be done before we moved here!!! I was told the carpet was new also.. YEAH RIGHT... That was a joke too.. I have 8 year or older MOLDY carpet. This place is a JOKE.. And if you read the good comments, its not even real tenants, its the staff!! They have to make them selves look good some how..

Nothing is horrible here. If you want something done, just talk to the maintenence team or to the manager.
