Large Cockroaches, Mold, water damage, Extremely High Water Bill, Extremely High Electric Bill, and these are just a few of the problems I have encountered. Hope you enjoy living here :)

If you have high electric or water bills, that's because you're using a ton of electricity and hot water! If you have cockroaches, then you're not very clean! Any pests problems are taken care of immediately. I see no mold or water damage whatsoever.
