AS FOR EASTWIND APARTMENTS I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED SO FAR. I MOVED IN THREE MONTHS AGO WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE PLACE AND I AM MORE THAN HAPPY AND EVERYTHING IS THE WAY THE SD IT WAS GOING TO BE, AS FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE LEAVING BAD FEEDBACK. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THEY PROBABLY ARE THE PEOPLE WHO NEVER PAID THEIR RENT.WELL I WOULD SAY MOVE HERE. IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND THE BEACH IS NOT THAT FAR.

How much did Eastwind pay you to say this ?? Because you can see that the "NO" way outnumber the "YES". Maybe in 3 months you can't see what a hell hole this is, but you will !!

Yeah I know, this place is horrible and so are the maintenance. There is a huge bug problem, and just so you know, Eastwind is very strict on making payments so for you to say people who don't pay their rent only make bad comments, that is ridiculous! Anyway, low class people like living here. So keep on liking this dump!

You know, that's pretty rude to say low class people like living at Eastwind. My husband and I lived there for 13 months. Though I would definetely never rent there again, it isn't full of low class people. The management isn't the friendliest, but if you just let them know you won't tolerate their bad attitudes, they are pretty nice.My husband and I had to find an apartment from SC, because of a transfer in the military. Eastwind apartments need a lot of improvement, like repainting the walls the right way instead of painting over nails and hair, etc, and it's really expensive for what you get. Anyway, that was rude to say low class people like living there. I wasn't crazy about it, but it got us by until we got into military housing.
