THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN, THE STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND SENDING THE RESIDENCE RIDICULES LETTERS OF NEW RULES AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH, I WAS MADE TO GIVE THE COMPLEX A MONEY ORDER OF 2 CENTS ONE TIME B/C MY RENT WAS MISTAKINGLY SHORT!!! THEY WOULDNT WAIT UNTILL THE NEXT MONTHS RENT FOR THE 2 CENTS, THEY ACTAULLY GAVE ME AN INTENT TO VACATE NOTICE B/C I REFUSED TO PAY THE 2 CENTS BY MONEY ORDER!! MY WATER BILL WAS OVER 100 DOLLARS EVERY MONTH B/C THE PIPES AND TOLITES CONSTANLY LEAK!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!
