We lived in an apartment that when ever you had more than one electrical appliance running all the circuts would blow. Then when we tried to move out we gave notice,had to pay rent after we moved out even though we gave 60 day notice....we've been out of the apt in Jan and 5 months later are still getting hounded for money for water/electric for usage in April when we were not even in the apt. They sent it straight to collections without notifying us.....THEY SUCK..... k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
