We've lived here 4 months and are already looking for a new apartment. The management and staff here are very rude and unprofessional. I've recieved emails in ALL CAPS. Then they tried to charge a late fee after they repeatedly told us that they had sent us a water bill. They go to look in the computer and realize that they had in fact NOT sent us one BUT still made us pay the late fee. Our water bill is through the roof. They told us it was so high because of 'activation fees" but yet that is not listed on the water bill. They've hung up on my husband and I both when we've called to ask them a simple question.

As far as the townhomes they are nice. They have all new kitchen appliances, cabinets,and linoluem floors. We just recieved new toilets.

Overall I enjoy the community and love the space that we have but we are moving out due to rude unprofessional staff.
