So i just found this website. i did not know that it existed until my neighbor told me. She said that some of the stuff on here was funny becuz it was so NOT TRUE!!
i have a hard time believing that these people that have posted some of the bad stuff on here are right in the head.
i have never had an issue with any of the people that work here they are nice even when i had a flood in my townhome at 330 in the morning. the maintenance man called me right away and then was here in about 30 minutes. he told me that he did not live here so he had to drive. they took care of the water all over yes they did have to call someone else out to do the carpets but it was all taken care of. then the next day they came back and checked on it without me even having to call.
i will admit when we first moved in i was late on my rent and they did give me a notice for late fees which i understood. i paid all the rent and late fees and then i didnt have to go to court like the paperwork said.
ever since then i have had no issues. i will have to say that the new manager is not as nice as the old one but she still works with you if you follow the rules.
i am worried that people will think this is a bad place to live but its not. my husband is in the navy and is never here and myself and my two girls are comfortable and safe. i recommend eastwind wholeheartedly.

u obviously didn't live their i lived in that crap hole town houses and maintenance do live on sight but they are to lazy and take their sweet time to aid to you. these places are horrible and the management does not know how to do their job. let's not forget that you could clean the place until your fingers go numb and they will send you a bill and keep the security deposit. This is the worst place i ever lived and i will never go there again. $1,ooo dollars a month and included NOTHING?!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow. this sounds like those stupid late nite info-mershals that make everything seem better than it really is. you must be a complete retard AND on crack if you trust this moron. everything about eastwind sucks. the only thing thats good about this shiit hole is that when your lease is up you get to leave.and the management is horrible. laura is a complete biitch. i feel sorry for her kids.
