There were way too many probelms to mention, but most of the negative reviews are true. Management was good at one point, but once the new director took over in September of 2005, things have been down hill. There are families moving out in droves and most of it is because of her and her new assistant. You don't have to go on hear say...visit the property and ask any resident you see. I often wished that I could give some one advice when I see them showing apartments to save them the trouble of signing a lease and being miserable like I was until it was over. The maintenance staff is the best thing about the complex.

Management is quick to hound for money (that you most times don't owe) but are hesitant to fix anything or refund anything you over paid.)

Overall, the prices paid is not worth what you get, but you can't see that until you actually get into the apartment. If you chose to live there, proceed with caution!
