I've been living here for about a year and a half and i can say without a problem that this place sucks. we first moved in and the A/C would leak and not work and it took them about 2 months to realize it and replace the system after we told them that was the problem. the roof was leaking and soaking the sheet rock in the closit and their solution to that problem was just jabbing a few holes in it to let it drain into our pots and pans. tey fixed to roof but didnt replace the sheet rock untill it fell in on all of our clothes and things. the lenolium in the kitchen peels up after a few months, im sure we will get charged for that. the dishwasher hasnt worked for about 2 months and they just sent a guy out to fix it and it still doesnt work. the fan in the upstairs bathroom sounds like a buzzer on Jepordy. the toilet upstairs leaked so they replaced it and the downstars toilet. then the downstairs toilet leaked and they just fixed it after about three months. in the summer there are ants and in the winter there are mice. waterspots all over the ceiling that just got painted over, oh and the paint on the walls isnt paint its just some ------ primer that feels like chalk. the windows are single pane and dont seat right in the sills so they let the cold in in the winter and let the heat in in the summer. the walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors fighting in the middle of the night or just reading a bedtime story to their kids, the walls are that thin! maintanence isnt certified....or at least doesnt seem like it. the garbage disposal is cheap. it got cloggerd so after they fixed it they told us not even to use it other than to suck water down faster. the heater in the closet is jimmy rigged to the wall and the filter on the bottom of it is just duct taped to it. your not allowed to have a small storage tub on your patio but they leave you letters and ----- at you if you have a lawn chair out there to sit on. the floors upstairs dip and sag in places. and we looked into our heatvents with a mirror and there was so much dust and crap that i couldnt see more than MAYBE a foot into it. i cleared out as much as i could and i found nearly a dollar in change. the upstairs sink was clogged up with so much hair that it looked like the previous renter stuffed a wig in there. some of the people around here are cool but there are alot of ghetto rats that sit outside yelling and screeming to all hours of the night, and when you call in a complaint the next day the office does nothing. people blairing their music and subwoofers in both their houses and cars damn near at all hours of the day and night. ive gotten flat tires from nails and screws here cause of construction and people are such pigs here that i go out into the parking lot to sweep up glass and broken bottles just so i dont get another flat tire. we go in face to face with the front office to let them know about something wrong and them to fix it, then after about two months you go back and see why it hasnt even been looked at yet and they tell us that we never told them about it....and that was the person we told it to!! when we first oved in before the new manager took over the old one called us liars to our face that we werent telling them about problems, just complaining and saying that so it will get done faster. i am gonna just stop here cause i am getting pissed al over again just thinking about all this crap. but all and all i would have to say that if you want to move here you need to be slapped. i wouldnt recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy.
