This place is seriously a --------! If you ask me I think that the Manager's are being paid off to write the few good reviews with the extra money they hound from the residents daily. Where should I begin... hmm, there is the downstairs bathroom that breaks every other week. I came home from out of town for a couple of weeks just to find what looked like 2 weeks of puke and ---- that had backed up from my neighbors toilets..gross. Yeah they fixed it , a week after I called.. and I had to clean it. Ew. No one has mentioned the LOUD ASS SQUEAKS!!! I can't even go and check on my child without waking her from a deep slumber. OH, and then there is the "35 lb" weight restriction for dogs.. Oh is that Husky with his teeth around my 12 lb dog's neck.. No I think it was the 110 lb st bernard across the street from me. And the neighbor around the corner.. he has a Bull Mastif! My child can't even take a nap during the day because my neighbors are boarder-line SPOUSAL ABUSE! They beat the ---- out of each other at least 3 times a day.. or it seems that way anyways. AND don't get me started about the 10 lb dog ---- that I get notified my 12 lb dog left behind. My lights didn't even work dowstairs for a WHOLE month because an outlet glitch. My friend's apartment got broken into on a Friday night. Good thing she has an alarm, but oh yeah, that doesn't work correctly either! The phone line went dead when the alarm company tried to see if she was alright, and the cops showed up an hour later. Wrote her a fifty dollar bill, and left.. without inspecting a damn inch. The windows.. don't shut, but i think that has already been mentioned. The plumbing is nasty. The water is cloudy and has been known to give infections to many women residents. The bathrrom is styling the 1880 model of a wonderful shower. The electric box is outside.. how dumb. Ok, well this is longer than expected, and I still have many other complaints. My word of advice is PLEASE SKIP OVER MAXEY DR, AND GO TO MAPLE BAY... MUCH NICER FOR THE SAME PRICE! I will be sure and rent there when I get out of this Rat's Den.. because the rats are also residents here from sept to March(I wouldn't even live here if they paid me)! thanks for taking my word into consideration, and NO LIES.. 100% of this is TRUE.
